The people behind the film
At OneWayVision, the work starts with people who know the material, the glass and the conditions it has to handle. Perforated one-way vision film needs careful measuring, clean artwork, correct print settings and tidy installation if it is going to look right from the street and still allow a clear view from inside. Our Montague Gardens base in Cape Town handles supply and dispatch for businesses and vehicle owners across South Africa, with the same attention given to a single shopfront panel or a full vehicle side window set.
Marius Ntsele, our Managing Director, keeps the operation moving with a practical eye on fitment, scheduling and the realities of business across different towns and sites. He works closely with the team to make sure every order is planned properly, from site measuring to final installation, so clients get a result that suits the glass, the vehicle and the purpose of the film.
- Montague Gardens base for local supply and coordination
- Nationwide dispatch to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and Gqeberha
- Support for shopfronts, office glazing and vehicle windows
Sales and support that keep things clear
Ayanda Mbele, our Sales Consultant, helps clients choose the right approach for their glass or vehicle windows, whether the brief is simple branding, privacy on a shopfront, or a printed window graphic for a fleet vehicle. She knows the questions that matter most: what the film needs to do, where it will be applied, and how much light and visibility must be kept inside. That kind of guidance saves time and avoids costly rework later.
Chantel Fortuin in Customer Support handles the day to day communication that keeps jobs on track. She helps clients through the enquiry process on our contact page, follows up on details, and keeps everyone updated while materials are being prepared or dispatched. It sounds straightforward, but clear communication is often what makes a project run smoothly, especially when there are multiple sites or a tight opening date.
- Enquiries handled through the contact page form
- Support for single-site jobs and multi-branch rollouts
- Clear updates from first contact to final handover
Print production and colour that work on glass
Liam Maseko, our Print Production Lead, looks after the setup that turns a file into a clean printed film. Perforated one-way vision film has a specific printed face and a patterned structure that affects how colour reads, how fine detail shows, and how the film performs once it is on glass. Liam checks artwork setup, proofing and production settings so the outside message stays legible while the inside view is preserved. Small things matter here, like edge alignment and density across the print area, and he keeps an eye on those details.
Our production process can include artwork setup, colour proofing, wide format printing and film lamination depending on the job. Lamination may help protect the printed surface in high-touch areas or where the film will face stronger sun, coastal moisture, or regular cleaning. It also helps on vehicle applications where the film may be exposed to dust, washing and daily road use.
- Artwork setup for shopfronts, vans and fleet vehicles
- Colour proofing before production starts
- Wide format printing with lamination options for added protection
Vehicle graphics with the road rules in mind
Ridwaan Hlongwane, our Vehicle Graphics Specialist, handles templating, preparation and vehicle installation with a focus on fit and legality. Perforated one-way vision film can be used on vehicle windows to carry branding while keeping visibility from the inside, but the driver view must remain legal and safe. That means checking the current road traffic rules before any vehicle window film is fitted, especially on front side windows or where local requirements may change. We don’t guess on this point, we check the rules before the job goes ahead.
Ridwaan also manages old film removal and surface preparation where a vehicle needs a refit and refresh. He knows that good adhesion starts with a properly cleaned surface and a realistic understanding of what the window can take. On work vehicles that spend long hours in the sun or on coastal routes, a careful install helps the film stay neat for longer, and avoids edge lift or dirt getting under the film.
- Vehicle templating for accurate cut patterns
- Old film removal before refits
- Surface preparation for cleaner adhesion and better finish
Glass installation from shopfront to office window
Noluthando Liebenberg, our Installations Coordinator, keeps glass jobs organised from site measuring through to final fitting. She arranges the practical side of the work, including access, timing and the correct order of tasks, so the installation team arrives prepared. On site, the same attention is needed whether the job is a retail frontage in Bellville, a service counter in Milnerton, or a larger project in Johannesburg or Pretoria.
Careful application to clean glass is essential for perforated one-way vision film, especially where panel size, edges, seals or fittings need attention. Noluthando makes sure the team has what they need for a tidy installation and a proper handover. If there is a problem with access, wind, dust or heat, she plans around it rather than pushing through and risking a poor finish. That kind of planning saves time and avoids comebacks, which nobody wants.
- Site measuring before installation day
- Glass installation for shopfronts, offices and interior glazing
- Coordination for Bellville, Milnerton and wider South Africa
Nationwide supply with practical local knowledge
The team at OneWayVision works from Montague Gardens, but the service reaches far beyond Cape Town. We supply perforated one-way vision film across South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and Gqeberha, with the same practical approach whether the order is going to a retailer, a service provider, or a vehicle owner.
That is why our people matter as much as the material. From Marius setting direction to Ayanda guiding the brief, Liam producing the print, Noluthando organising installation, Ridwaan handling vehicle work, and Chantel keeping support steady, each person has a clear part in the process. Together, they make sure the film looks right, fits properly and does the job it was meant to do.
