Delivery Areas

South African delivery from Montague Gardens

Our base in Montague Gardens supports supply to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and Gqeberha, with work planned around the needs of retailers, service providers and fleet owners. Perforated one-way vision film is typically selected for glass fronts and vehicle windows where outward graphics are needed, while the inside view remains usable during the day. The right set-up depends on the glass size, whether the area is indoor or exposed, and whether the job needs printing, lamination or both.

For shopfronts, we usually start with site measuring and surface checks so the film is cut to suit the pane sizes and door lines. For vehicles, templating matters because curves, seals and rear glass shapes change from one model to another. In both cases, the finish only works properly if the glass is clean, dry and prepared correctly before application.

How to choose the right area page

Each city page explains the sort of supply and installation pattern that is common there, but the choice still depends on your own site. A single branch with a street-facing window may only need printed film on selected panes, while a fleet refresh could involve old film removal, reprints and repeat fitting across several vehicles. Coastal humidity in places like Durban and Gqeberha can also affect scheduling and surface prep, so the plan must fit local conditions.

  • Choose the city nearest to your site for likely turnaround and fitting logistics.
  • Choose a shopfront page if you need glass installation, old film removal or repeat refresh work.
  • Choose a vehicle page if you need templating, driver visibility checks and installation on rear windows.
  • Choose a supply page if your installer or signage team will fit the film on site.

What the film does on glass and vehicle windows

This film uses small holes across the printed surface so the outside carries the graphic and the inside still allows viewing through the glass. Common perforation ratios vary by product and use, with tighter perforation generally giving stronger print coverage and more open perforation giving clearer outward visibility. The film is normally printed in wide format, then laminated where extra protection is needed against scuffing, cleaning and weather exposure.

On shopfronts, it turns plain glazing into branding space without blocking the whole opening. On vehicles, the same principle works on rear or side windows, but the driver view must stay legal. Check the current road traffic rules before fitting any film to a vehicle window, because visibility requirements can change and must be followed carefully.

Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and Gqeberha

Our delivery areas cover major commercial centres and the routes that connect them. In Cape Town and the surrounding metro areas, we regularly handle shopfront supply, Bellville and Milnerton jobs, and vehicle graphics work from the Montague Gardens side. In Johannesburg and Pretoria, the focus is often on branch rollouts, fleet refits and grouped dispatches to keep fitting organised. Durban and Gqeberha often need weather aware scheduling because the air and coastal conditions can change how quickly surfaces dry before application.

  • Cape Town: supply, measurement and installation support across the metro.
  • Johannesburg: supply for branch groups, fleets and signage teams.
  • Durban: coastal work, retail fronts and vehicle film refits.
  • Pretoria: office parks, trade counters and fleet applications.
  • Gqeberha: shopfront glazing and vehicle window graphics in coastal conditions.

From artwork setup to fitting

Good results start before the first sheet is printed. Artwork setup, colour proofing and print checks are part of keeping the image readable at a distance and accurate up close. After printing, film lamination may be added where the job needs more protection, then the glass or vehicle surface is cleaned and prepared. For older sites, old film removal can be handled first so the new material bonds properly and does not trap residue under the print.

Vehicle installation usually needs more care around curves, seals and heating lines, while glass installation is more about alignment and edge finish. If the job is being sent to another town, nationwide dispatch helps get the film to site in manageable sections. That keeps the process practical for smaller shops as well as larger rollouts.

Speak to the team that handles the rollout

OneWayVision is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town and the team includes Marius Ntsele, Ayanda Mbele, Liam Maseko, Noluthando Liebenberg, Ridwaan Hlongwane and Chantel Fortuin. The work can include site measuring, vehicle templating, glass installation, vehicle installation, surface preparation and refit and refresh jobs. If you need film for one branch or several cities, the usual first step is to send an enquiry through the contact page so the job can be scoped properly.

That helps match the film type to the glass, the print to the vehicle or shopfront, and the delivery plan to the area.

Window film questions

Do you supply perforated one-way vision film outside Cape Town?

Yes. Supply and dispatch are handled from Montague Gardens to Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Gqeberha and other South African areas, depending on the job and fitting plan.

Can the film be used on both shopfronts and vehicles?

Yes, but the setup is different. Shopfronts usually focus on branding and outward visibility, while vehicle jobs must also keep the driver view legal and suitable for road use.

What do I need to send for a quote or supply check?

Send your site location, glass or vehicle measurements if you have them, and whether you need printing, lamination, installation or removal. If you do not have measurements, a site measure can be arranged.
